Francisco Gutiérrez leads the practice and has extensive experience in the TMT industry, with advising clients on regulatory conflicts a specialist niche. Marcelo den Toom brings antitrust and competition expertise to the practice; counsel Marcelo Bombau focuses on matters related to entertainment law; and Francisco Zappa specialises in data protection and cyber-security. At associate level, senior Marina Wagmaister specialises in administrative law, economic regulation and international arbitration, and has been actively involved in assisting TMT clients.
