The departure of practice head Mariano Peruzzotti in February 2025, was subsequently followed by the dissolution of the former Ojam Bullrich Flanzbaum in August 2025 and the emergence of Ojam IP and Bullrich Flanzbaum, both primarily IP oriented boutiques. In the former case, the firm has maintained capability in the technology, innovation and privacy segment, and handles software development contracts, platform and SaaS service terms, intellectual property in AI and digital content, data protection, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and technology transfer and licensing agreements.
