Brons & Salas‘ public law team handles a broad range of regulatory, advisory, and dispute resolution matters in public and administrative law. The practice has a strong focus on the power sector, proven by its involvement in key privatisations, regulatory matters, as well as contractual and contentious work in this space. In addition, the team receives routine instructions from clients operating in the oil and gas, mining, food and beverage, automotive and paper production sectors. Sebastián Alvarez, practice co-head, is an administrative law specialist with extensive experience representing clients in the electricity sector. Joaquín Vallebella co-leads the department, bringing over a decade of experience in dispute resolution.
