Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has a growing labour and employment practice that focuses on both individual and collective labour law, with particular strength in complex labour disputes, union negotiations, stock option plans, and restructuring procedures. The team also handles the labour aspects of M&A, drafts and counsels on international employment contracts, and advises national and multinational companies operating in Argentina on broader employment matters. Practice head Pablo Mastromarino specialises in individual and collective labour matters, including disputes, expatriate programmes, compensation structures, union negotiations, and investigations. Associates María Carolina Muriago, who joined from Beccar Varela in June 2024, Ezequiel Peña, and Mora López Petit provide support across a range of labour and employment matters. Since publiation, Muriago has been raised to the partnership and will co-lead he practice alongside Mastromarino - effective as of March 2026.
