DAC Beachcroft Argentina covers a wide range of insurance specialisations, acting for major international insurers, reinsurers and brokers in Argentina – and some other Latin American jurisdictions – such as Lloyd’s of London, Allianz and Mapfre. The team is well versed in all corporate, regulatory and claims issues, with particular strength in assisting international and insurers with their expansion into the Latin American market, including the registration of new insurance providers in Argentina and abroad and obtaining and renewing insurance licences. In addition, the firm is skilled in the mediation, litigation and settlement of a broad array of insurance claims – among them, claims relating to ransomware attacks, loss of cargo and property damage.
