This includes registering fintech businesses as payment card issuers before the Central Bank, as virtual asset service providers before the National Securities Commission, and as regulated reporting entities before the Financial Information Unit. The lawyers also advise clients on meeting the legal requirements for integrating digital and electronic signatures into their operations. Corporate, finance and capital markets partner Sebastián Luegmayer leads the fintech practice, with Jerónimo Ocampo providing associate-level support. Fellow associate Nicolás Fernández Madero joined the team in 2024 from DLA Piper.
