VHQ Ambiental, formerly known as Venditti Hierro Quinteros – Derecho Ambiental, offers comprehensive support across all environmental matters, including advising on regulations, permitting, and licensing applications, and reviewing internal company policies. The practice also supports companies during compliance audits and remediation works and advises on liability risks during the sale and purchase of industrial premises. On the contentious side, the firm defends clients before environmental authorities and throughout civil and criminal cases. At the forefront of the team is María Magdalena Venditti, who represents national and multinational clients during environmental litigation and remedial clean-up processes, and Lucía Sesto, who provides oil and gas, food, and chemical companies with regulatory advice and support during administrative sanctions proceedings. Former practice head Mariana Hierro left the firm in February 2025.
