Bomchil assists energy producers and investors with navigating transactions and disputes relating to the electricity field. The practice is especially dedicated to structuring and developing conventional and renewable energy projects. This includes advising on joint ventures and bid submissions and negotiating and drafting power purchase agreements and EPC contracts. It also represents clients in arbitration and litigation related to the construction of plants, delays in obtaining commercial authorisations, and the repayment of investments.
