Brons & Salas is distinguished by mandates arising from the electricity wholesale market, representing key market participants in business-critical proceedings, alongside a broader docket spanning commercial litigation and arbitration. The department is headed by a trio of Sebastián Álvarez, who is specialised in administrative and regulatory proceedings, especially in the energy and paper sectors; Joaquín Vallebella, who is immersed in complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters; and Pablo Brusco, whose experience encompasses contractual disputes, debt recovery, product liability and consumer actions. At associate leve, further depth is provided by the very experienced senior Andrea De Chiara, who focuses on regulatory and administrative litigation, but also handles complex civil and commercial cases, arbitral cases and collective actions; and semi-senior Virginia Gonzalez, who has experience in civil and commercial litigation, contentious bankruptcy matters, extrajudicial claims and consumer defence matters.
