With an array of experienced litigators, Barreiro acts for clients in sectors ranging from technology and infrastructure to energy. The firm has experience in cross-border disputes and in cases under various arbitration rules, such as ICC, ICSID, ICDR-AAA, SCC, and Buenos Aires Stock Exchange rules. The practice is co-led by Juan Pablo De Luca, who has deep knowledge of dispute resolution, and strengthened the practice through his experience as a secretary of the National Court of Appeals on Commercial Matters in Buenos Aires. The other practice co-heads include Guido Barbarosch, who is experienced in insolvency law and knowledgeable in complex corporate disputes, and Ricardo Barreiro Deymonnaz, who is a founding partner and is skilled in arbitration and construction law cases.
