A part of the larger Dentons network, the firm's Argentine operation - Dentons Rattagan Arocena - houses a corporate and M&A team that regularly advises clients on market entry, local and cross-border M&A, restructurings and daily corporate advice. Key sectors for the team works include life sciences and healthcare, the automotive industry and chemicals, along with a growing focus on the fintech, tech, and energy and natural resources industries. Michael Rattagan, Juan Arocena, Roberto Bauzá and Ricardo Balestra jointly lead the practice. Balestra and Bauzá are the key contacts for corporate and M&A mandates the former specialising cross-border transactions in the mining, energy and tech sectors for cross-border transactions, the latter in banking, M&A, corporate finance and compliance. Counsel María Cecilia Tuccillo is a key contact for data privacy and consumer regulations mandates related to M&A and restructurings. Analía D’Oria and Santiago Oliva Pinto left the firm in December 2025.
