O’Farrell has a consumer law team that regularly advises clients from the automotive, retail, pharma, public utility and telecoms sectors. Key areas for the team include advising clients on the negotiation of claims and the investigation of procedures related to consumer, fair trade, advertising and e-commerce law. Consumer disputes related to consumer law enforcement and the regulatory framework of public services are other areas of focus for the practice. Focused on consumer contracts, regulatory frameworks and consumer disputes, veteran practitioner Jorge Muratorio co-leads the team with senior associate Pilar Magallanes, who coordinates the firm's consumer law and e-commerce practice.
