Pagani - highlighted for her 'solidity, professionalism and client focus' - advises boards and compliance officers on the structuring and implementation of integrity programmes, the updating of corporate governance codes, and the management of internal investigations and whistleblowing processes. Gutíerrez, a former legal and regulatory affairs manager at the national telecoms regulatory body, combines a strong command of anti-corruption law with regulatory and corporate advisory capabilities. The pair are supported by junior associate Chiara Montanari.
