O’Farrell is a one-stop shop for competition law compliance, merger control and regulatory issues, while also representing clients in contentious antitrust investigations and disputes. The group is steered by Agustín Siboldi, who counsels corporates on regulatory issues arising during acquisition processes, as well as on day-to-day competition matters. Also integral to the team, Jorge Muratorio is particularly dedicated to contentious competition matters arising in relation to highly regulated markets and public service clients, as well as broader regulatory analyses. Senior associate Rebeca Fernández has a broad public law specialisation and plays a key role in preparing filings, submissions and broader defence strategies before the authorities.
