ADNA’s energy practice advises domestic and international clients in the oil and gas, NGO, engineering, and other sectors on a broad range of matters. This includes non-contentious work related to acquisitions, buyouts, regulatory risk, and investment guidance, providing all necessary regulatory expertise. Foued Bourabiat leads the Algiers-based team and is a key contact for energy transactions across African, Asian, and European jurisdictions. He is supported by Abderrahmane Lassakeur, who plays a key role in regulatory due diligence. Fayçal Zedek departed the team in April 2025.
