Interview with: Dato’ Andri Aidham Badri, Managing Partner

Dato’ Andri explains how the firm is adapting to client’s changing needs.

 

What do you see as the main points that differentiate [law firm name] from your competitors?

At KAAP our partners are specialists in specific areas of company law and finance law with vast experience in all areas of corporate practice. We find ourselves advising in many new areas and with new finance structures.

 

Which practices do you see growing in the next 12 months? What are the drivers behind that?

We are specialist corporate firm. Within this, we anticipate the projects, project finance, M&A and corporate finance areas will see growth.

 

What’s the main change you’ve made in the firm that will benefit clients?

We have introduced a specific practice area for projects with a new partner that joined us. We have started in-house training modules for our lawyers.

 

Is technology changing the way you interact with your clients, and the services you can provide them?

Yes. E-mails no longer is the sole communication platform. Virtual meetings are now the norm.
