Christin Hill is a
partner in MoFo's San Francisco office and a member of the
Securities Litigation, Enforcement, and White-Collar Defense Group.
Christin has extensive experience representing clients in
securities class actions and other complex civil litigation in both
federal and state courts, as well as in government and internal
investigations. Before joining the firm, Christin served as senior
counsel at Uber Technologies, Inc. and also served as an assistant
district attorney in the San Francisco District Attorney's
Office.

I represent companies, officers, and directors in shareholder
class actions, internal investigations, and regulatory proceedings.
My matters often arise when shareholders sue the company or board
of directors following a stock price drop, or in a dispute arising
from a merger. I also handle other types of complex commercial
litigation.
