"offer they can't refuse." At a recent NACD Carolinas Chapter roundtable
moderated by Womble Carlyle attorney
Chris Gyves, three top corporate leaders discussed the
"Godfather Offer" in the M&A context.
Participating in the discussion were former Piedmont Natural Gas
Company Chairman and CEO Tom Skains, Wells Fargo Mergers &
