Andrew Stolfi, which is pending before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. The case challenges the constitutionality of an Oregon bill that would require pharmaceutical manufacturers to report specified information about drugs when there is an increase in the drug's Wholesale Acquisition Cost. The amicus brief supports the law, and others like it, as a means to protect access to affordable prescription drugs.
