MLC 2006 Değişiklikleri Rehberi: Gemi İnsanlarının Yeni Hakları ve Yasal Zorunluluklar

Denizcilik Çalışma Sözleşmesi (MLC 2006) kapsamında 2022 yılında kabul edilen ve 23 Aralık 2024 itibarıyla dünya genelinde resmen yürürlüğe giren yeni düzenlemeler, gemi insanlarının yaşam ve çalışma koşullarında köklü iyileştirmeler getirmiştir. 2026 yılı itibarıyla liman devleti denetimlerinde (PSC) bu kurallara uyum bir tercih değil, yasal bir zorunluluktur.

Kadın Denizciler İçin Uygun Kişisel Koruyucu Ekipman

Sektörde artan kadın iş gücüyle birlikte, ekipmanların ergonomisi standart hâle getirilmiştir. Armatörler, kadın gemi çalışanlarına vücut ölçülerine ve niteliklerine uygun kask, tulum, eldiven ve güvenlik ayakkabısı sağlamakla yükümlüdür.
