Ekonomik büyümesini sürdürülebilir kılmak isteyen ülkelerin Ar-Ge'ye ciddi yatırımlar yaparak bilim, teknoloji ve sanayide emin adımlarla ilerledikleri OECD raporunda karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Türkiye'nin bu platformdaki pozisyonunda Ar-Ge'ye yapacağı yatırımlar belirleyici olacaktır. Çalışmamızda Ar-Ge faaliyetlerinin kapsamına, başarılı Ar-Ge gerekliliklerine ve 5746 sayılı Araştırma, Geliştirme ve Tasarım Faaliyetlerinin Desteklenmesi Hakkında Kanun kapsamında verilen teşviklere yer verilmiştir.
