2024 Türkiye Kripto Kanunu, 2 Temmuz 2024 tarihi itibariyle 2 Temmuz 2024 tarih ve 32590 sayılı yürürlüğe girdi. Bu durumun, özellikle uluslararası hukuk avukatlarını ve yatırım danışmanlıklarını doğrudan etkileyecek bir sürece evrileceği anlaşılıyor.

Giriş

Türkiye, son dönemlerinde kripto varlık alım satımı konusunda çok yoğun bir trafiğin yaşandığı ülkeler arasına girmiştir. Bu durum göz önüne alınarak, Türkiye'de kanun koyucu yepyeni bir düzenlemeye imza atmıştır. Türkiye’s 12th Judicial Reform Package: Civil Litigation Reforms Under Law No. 7589

One of the most significant amendments is the introduction into the Turkish Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100 of a new rule providing that the interval between hearings may not, as a general rule, exceed three months.
