LAW PROPOSAL ON ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Purpose and Scope
ARTICLE 1 – The purpose of this Law is to
ensure the safe, ethical, and fair use of artificial intelligence
technologies, to assure that personal data protection and privacy
rights are not violated, and to establish a regulatory framework
for the development and use of artificial intelligence systems.
This Law applies to providers, deployers, users, importers, and
distributors of artificial intelligence systems, as well as to
persons affected by such systems.
