14 Ekim 2026 tarihli ve 33400 sayılı Resmî Gazete’de yayımlanan İthalatta Haksız Rekabetin Önlenmesine İlişkin Tebliğ (Tebliğ No: 2026/31) (“Tebliğ”), Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti menşeli sodyum glukonat ithalatında firmaya göre yüzde 22,56 ile yüzde 32,96 arasında değişen oranlarda dampinge karşı vergi alınmasını öngörmektedir.

The Communiqué on the Prevention of Unfair Competition in Imports (Communiqué No. 2026/31) (the “Communiqué”), published in Official Gazette No. 33400 of 14 October 2026, provides for anti-dumping duty on imports of sodium gluconate originating in the People’s Republic of China at rates ranging from 22.56% to 32.96% depending on the company.

The annexation of Crimea in 2014 and the invasion of Ukraine in 2022 by Russia triggered the expansion of unilateral sanctions, particularly by the EU and the US. Nearly 3,000 bilateral investment treaties exist between states, with most negotiations starting from model BITs that reflect national investment policies. This article examines eight of Türkiye's model BITs from 2000 to 2014, obtained through official information requests, tracing how traditional investor protections evolved through increasingly detailed provisions on scope, standards, and arbitration access while responding to developments in international investment law jurisprudence.
