Türkiye Emisyon Ticaret Sistemi Yönetmeliği (“Yönetmelik”), 27 Ağustos 2026 tarihli ve 33353 sayılı Resmî Gazete’de yayımlanarak aynı tarihte yürürlüğe girmiştir.
