On 20 November 2012 Ukrainian Parliament adopted the Law "On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding Employment of the Disabled Persons" (the "Amendments").

By its Resolution No. 315 (the "Resolution"), dated 12 May 2015 (effective as of 15 May 2015), the National Bank of Ukraine (the "NBU") introduced new rules of determining the affiliated persons of the banks.

By its Resolution No. 140, effective as of 5 March 2016, the National Bank of Ukraine (the "NBU") extended the terms of its currency restrictions until 8 June 2016 (inclusive).

In order to prevent negative trends on Ukrainian foreign currency exchange market, the National Bank of Ukraine (the "NBU") was granted the rights (i) to introduce the mandatory sale of foreign currency proceeds; and (ii) to change the time-limits for payments under export and import transactions for a period of up to six months.

On 20 November 2012 the Ukrainian Parliament voted to accept all the President's amendments to the Law "On Amendments to the Data Protection Law" (the "Amendments").

The Parliament of Ukraine passed in the first reading draft Law "On Stabilization of the Balance of Payments according to Article XII of the GATT 1994".

On 1 November 2016 the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Law "On the Natural Gas Market (regarding gas stock reserve)" No. 1541-VIII (the "Law"), adopted by the Parliament on 22 September 2016.

Starting 1 January 2016 Ukraine changes royalty rates for production of natural gas, which have been significantly increased in summer 2014 as a temporary measure and in 2015 converted into a permanent increase.

On 4 November 2012 the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts Regarding Performance of Commercial Obligations" (the "Law") came into effect following its adoption by the Parliament on 2 October 2012.

The Law of Ukraine "On Financial Restructuring", adopted on 14 June 2016 (the "Financial Restructuring Law"), came into force on 19 October 2016.

November 3, 2014 the National Bank of Ukraine adopted Resolution No. 699 "On the Application of Certain Norms of Currency Legislation During the Regime of Temporary Occupation of the Territory of the Free Economic Zone Crimea".

By its Resolution No. 354, effective as of 4 June 2015, the National Bank of Ukraine (the "NBU") extended the term of the prohibition of early repayment of loans provided by non-resident lenders until 3 September 2015.

On 9 April 2015 the Ukrainian Parliament adopted the draft Law "On the Natural Gas Market" No.2250 (the "Law"), which brings Ukrainian natural gas market legislation into compliance with the Third Energy Package.
