With a view to facilitate trademark, patent and design prosecution in the country, the Tunisian Industrial Property Office brought in the following procedural changes with effect from 1st January 2010

On 23 January 2020, the Tunisian Patent and Trademark Office (INNORPI) issued Decree no. 29/2020, in which it announced a 100% increase in official trade mark fees, effective from 27 January 2020.
