How To Use The COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act To Protect You And Your Business From An Economic Downturn
On 20 April 2020, the Minister for Law notified the commencement of Parts 2 and 3 of the Act with effect from 20 April 2020[1] and that the prescribed period for the purposes of Parts 2 and 3 is 6 months commencing on 20 April 2020 and ending on 19 October 2020 in the first instance.
