The double taxation agreement between Cyprus and Estonia has been signed by the two countries' foreign ministers, according
to the Cyprus ministry of foreign affairs. Estonia did not adopt the 1982 double tax treaty between Cyprus and the former
USSR, and there is currently no double taxation agreement in force between the two countries. Details of the new agreement,
which was initialled in February 2011, are not yet available, and it is not yet known when it will enter into force.
