Amendments to the Double Tax Treaty ('DTT') between Albania and Switzerland have been approved by the Albanian Parliament on 10.03.2016 with Law no. 26/2016.

On 26th of September 2014, the Republic of Albania and the Republic of Iceland signed a treaty for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of tax evasion regarding income tax.

The Agreement aims to provide the necessary regulations upon which the subjects of this agreement can benefit equal treatment from both contracting states.
