Inleiding

In deze blog gaan wij in op de huidige stand van zaken rondom het Didam-arrest, althans de wijze waarop verschillende gemeenten tot nu toe de uitspraak geïmplementeerd hebben om gelijke kansen te realiseren bij grondtransacties. Ook bespreken wij een recente uitspraak van het Gerecht in eerste aanleg van Sint Maarten, waarin de principes uit het Didam-arrest worden toegepast en gaan wij in op de punten die nog onduidelijk zijn in de nasleep van het arrest.
