El 21 de septiembre de 2021 se publicó en el portal de Internet del Servicio de Administración Tributaria (www.sat.gob.mx) la primera versión anticipada de la Tercera Resolución de Modificaciones a la Resolución Miscelánea Fiscal para 2021 (RMF), misma que se encuentra pendiente de ser publicada en el Diario Oficial de la Federación, por lo que los comentarios del presente Flash informativo pudieran ser modificados una vez efectuada la publicación definitiva.

Como lo informamos a través de nuestros Flashes Informativos 2021-9 y 2021-17, la regla 2.7.1.9. de la RMF prevé la obligación de incorporar el complemento "Carta Porte" al CFDI de traslado o de ingreso que se emita con motivo del transporte de mercancías, el cual de acuerdo con la Autoridad Fiscal, tiene como finalidad conocer de manera precisa la información de las mercancías que son trasladadas en territorio nacional, así como de los medios de transporte que se utilizan, su origen y destino, entre otros.
