Team DQ are in need of new shoe leather after a very busy few
months of business development and talks.
In conjunction with DQ renewing its sponsorship of the
Association of Corporate Service Provider's seminar programme,
Senior Associate Leanne McKeown addressed the ACSP's packed AGM
at the end of October on the topic of "Employment Law
Developments – Equality and Whistleblowing".
Leanne's offer to provide a template whistle blowing policy was
very well received and saw delegates forming an orderly queue to
leave their business cards.
Throughout November, DQ continued to be active on the speaking
front with Sinead O'Connor and Libby Gordon addressing the
Insurance Institute regulatory update, also sponsored by DQ and
Sinead also chairing and speaking at the Alliance of Isle of Man
Compliance Professionals' MLRO Master Class. There were
in excess of 100 people at each event which gave DQ excellent
opportunities to showcase the knowledge and technical expertise
