The Channel Islands Securities Exchange (CISE) completed its
rebrand to The International Stock Exchange (TISE) on Monday 7
March.
The Exchange, which is headquartered in Guernsey and opened an
office in Jersey at the start of 2015, is also launching its
presence in the Isle of Man on Thursday 9 March.
Fiona Le Poidevin, Chief Executive of TISE, was pleased the
company had been able to put its plans into action in such a short
period of time ahead of the Isle of Man opening, on the back of
strong support from its stakeholders since the plans to rebrand
were announced.
"We have a very successful brand and our key attributes of
being responsive and innovative remain unchanged, so we have been
careful to retain some continuity despite the change of name,"
said Mrs Le Poidevin. "However, it is also important to
reflect the internationalisation of the business and especially our
plans for the future. This is a very exciting time for the
Exchange."
