Czech RepublicLitigation, Mediation & Arbitration
The Czech Republic has recently signed an official acceptance agreement and became the 26th member of the OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development). This step reflects the positive rating and evaluation of the political and economical reforming process in the Czech Republic.

The membership in the OECD is considered to be a milestone and signifies an irreversible step towards an "open economy" policy. The overall Czech credit rating has increased which is expected to lead to an increase in foreign investment activities.
