The purpose of this bulletin is to remind our clients about the
deadline to register the databases in the National Registry of
Databases.
In accordance with Decree 1759 of November 8, 2016, which
amended paragraph 2.2.2.26.3.1 of the Single Regulatory Decree of
the Trade, Industry and Tourism Sector, the deadlines for carrying
out the registration of the databases are :
A) For Treatment Managers, legal entities of a private nature
and mixed economy companies registered in the country's
Chambers of Commerce, shall be no later than June
30, 2017, in accordance with the
instructions that for the effect Imparts the Superintendence of
Industry and Commerce.
B) For Treatment Officers, natural persons, entities of a public
nature other than joint- stock companies and legal entities of a
private nature that are not registered in the chambers of commerce,
shall be no later than June 30,
