Legal Issues

  • Various GM and Hyundai dealers not being allocated a fair share of inventory. Both standard and discretionary allocations affected
  • Some manufacturers accused of tying in inventory allocation to image upgrades. In some situations, the infrastructure is not available to complete various upgrades such as providing charging  stations
