What is ChatGPT?

Chat GPT is the latest language model created by OpenAI in order to produce natural human language and to use it in a human-like conversation. Every person may now have a digital conversation with ChatGPT, which is also able to correct its own mistakes and even remember its past conversations with the current conversation partner. The program can also provide its user with information about current world situation as well as with facts about the past. ChatGPT belongs to the AI (Artificial Intelligence) category, which according to the OECD is a "machine-based system that can, for a given set of human-defined objectives, make predictions, recommendations, or decisions influencing real or virtual environments"1.
