The Flemish Public Waste Company OVAM has elaborated an electronic library containing some 16,000 references on waste management relating, inter alia, to disposal, prevention, recycling, recovery of waste, waste legislation, environmental technology, policy documents, etc., under the name of TWICA-data bank. This database is on-line accessible via EKONET-BBS, via a modem using the number 09/252.55.09. The system also provides for the possibility to send electronic mail and questions to the OVAM information service. All documents to which the database refers are available from OVAM and can be consulted there.
