Naphawan’s bio

 

Naphawan Osiri has accumulated more than 18 years of experience in business law, specifically in the banking, beverage, and trading industries. Throughout her career, she has focused on various aspects, such as compliance, risk management, and the development of corporate governance practices. Highlighting her excellent legal management abilities, Osiri has led teams in handling corporate restructuring, amalgamation, internal control, compliance matters, enterprise risk management, Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) compliance, and legal, due diligence. After legal positions with Double-A Group and Bangkok Bank, Osiri’s career moved into a higher gear when she joined ThaiNamthip in late 2006, spending almost a decade here and achieving the rank of legal section head before moving on to Toyota Tsusho Thailand in mid-2014 as deputy general manager. In early 2022, she returned to ThaiNamthip Corporation as the Coca-Cola bottler’s general counsel and corporate secretary director.

Assisting the chief financial officer, Osiri’s responsibilities have encompassed various tasks such as amalgamation, risk management, and legal document review and negotiation. She has also offered strategic counsel and support to business units, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

A key role has also been managing litigation, dispute resolution, and fraud cases, utilising her legal expertise to navigate complex legal issues and protect the company’s interests. Osiri has also overseen the company’s property matters, including activities such as land surveys, and has been actively involved in handling corporate cases and staying abreast of changes in the legal landscape. This has included managing matters related to the Personal Data Protection Act in collaboration with relevant business units.
