Career biography

Wendy Victoria Rodríguez is Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs at Altice Dominicana, where she leads the company’s legal, regulatory and compliance strategy in one of the Dominican Republic’s most dynamic and highly regulated industries. With over two decades of legal experience, she is a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic guidance on governance, regulatory matters, complex commercial transactions, and risk management.

Throughout her career, she has successfully advised on transformative corporate projects, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, corporate restructurings, business unit reorganizations and large-scale rebranding initiatives. Her practice encompasses corporate law, telecommunications regulation, commercial contracts, real estate, tax, intellectual property, employment law, and dispute resolution.

Having joined Altice Dominicana in 2007, Rodriguez has held progressively senior leadership positions within the organization, becoming Legal Manager in 2016 and Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs in 2023. She is widely recognized for her ability to align legal strategy with business objectives, enabling operational efficiency and regulatory compliance in a rapidly evolving market.
