Selborne Chambers

Jake became a tenant at Selborne Chambers in December 2025, upon the successful completion of his Third Six (practising) Pupillage, which commenced October 2025.

Before joining Selborne Chambers, Jake completed pupillage at another leading commercial chancery set. There, he completed work for his supervisors relating to wills and probate, trusts, civil fraud, company and insolvency, aviation, commercial litigation, and offshore work.

Jake is accepting instructions across all of Chambers’ specialisms, with a particular interest in traditional and commercial chancery work.

Jake holds an undergraduate degree in law from the University of Cambridge, Christ’s College, and an LLM in Legal Practice (Bar) from BPP University Law School, where he achieved a distinction. In 2022, Jake was awarded the Major Scholarship by the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple.
