Position
Martin McCarthy KC is joint head of Chambers and head of the Financial & Business Crime team. He is one of the founding members of Farringdon Chambers. Martin undertakes all serious crime but he has particular interest in Homicide, Fraud and financial crime and Human Trafficking. He works across the Country. He also has a niche practice in costa appeal work to the High Court and advises Solicitors and Advocates in appeals of that type. He was previously engaged as an Independent Costs Assessor for the LAA and has significant expertise in VHCC work. Martin is an advocacy trainer at Gray's Inn and a Bencher.
