Holly is a specialist civil practitioner with a busy and broad-ranging practice.
Employment
Holly accepts instructions in all aspects of employment law. She represents Claimants and Respondents at preliminary and final hearings and is happy to draft pleadings and provide advice. Recent experience includes cases involving:

  • Unlawful Deductions from Wages
  • Whistleblowing
  • Breach of Working Time Regulations

Housing
Holly regularly acts in possession claims and cases involving housing disrepair. She has acted for and advised private landlords and local authorities. Holly accepts instructions in all areas of housing law including:

  • Allocation Hearings
  • Possession Hearings
  • Anti-Social Behaviour Injunctions
  • Interim Applications

Business & Property
Holly has a developing Business & Property practice and undertakes a wide range of work, most recently having success representing an Applicant in the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) in a case concerning Adverse Possession. Holly’s practice areas include:

  • Consumer Credit Act claims
  • TOLATA claims
  • Injunctions

Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence
Holly is regularly instructed on a range of personal injury cases both on the fast track and the multi-track, including road traffic accidents, occupier’s liability and accidents at work. Holly also has experience in the Coroner’s court and has represented families and interested parties.
