Jonathan is experienced in a wide range of Business and Property disputes including general contractual claims, consumer credit claims, commercial landlord and tenant disputes, business-related injunctions, and business litigation.
Personal Injury
Jonathan acts for claimants and defendants in a wide range of personal injury claims across all case management tracks. Casework includes:

• Road traffic accidents – including MOJ/OIC Portal claims, fraud/LVI, credit hire, and vehicle damage claims.
• Employers’ liability claims.
• Public liability claims.
• Serious injury.

Social Housing
Jonathan acts for landlords and tenants in housing disputes. Casework includes:

• Antisocial behaviour (injunctions, committals, closure orders, and possession).
• Possession (fault and non-fault possession, including Equality Act and public law defences, and counterclaims).
• Unlawful eviction – including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
• Homelessness – including judicial review and Housing Act appeals.
• Housing disrepair and fitness for human habitation.
