Career
Miss Harrison was called to the Bar by The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 2023 and joined Chambers in September 2025. She is completing a common law pupillage under the supervision of Jamie Baxter and Alaric Walmsley.
During her first six of pupillage, Miss Harrison has gained experience across Criminal, Family and Civil practice. She has been closely involved in case preparation, legal research and drafting, and has observed and assisted in a wide range of hearings. In Autumn 2025 assisted Richard Pratt KC and Keith Sutton in a murder trial before Mr. Justice Goose, which provided her with invaluable exposure to the management of complex forensic evidence, legal submissions, and the sensitivities of a multi-defendant homicide trial.
Now in her “second six,” she accepts instructions across Criminal, Family, and Civil practice areas. She is regularly instructed in the Magistrates’ Court, Crown Court, and County Court and is building a busy and diverse practice.
Criminal Practice: Miss Harrison is a Category 1 Prosecutor and accepts instructions for the Prosecution and Defence in the Crown Court and Magistrates Court. She has also appeared in the Youth Court and is particularly confident in dealing with vulnerable defendants and witnesses.
Civil and Public Law: Prior to joining Chambers, Miss Harrison gained significant experience representing a local authority in the Magistrates’ Court and the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) involving planning enforcement, preservation orders, housing standards, and licensing.
Coronial Law: She has assisted Coroners in judicial review proceedings and assisted local authorities in inquests concerning fatal accidents and has a particular interest in gaining more experience in this area.
