Miss McLachlan began her pupillage in September 2024 under the supervision of Mr William Beardmore.

Crime 

Miss McLachlan accepts instructions in all areas of criminal law, she regularly acts for both the prosecution and defence in a wide range of matters in both the Magistrates’ Court and Crown Court. Miss McLachlan also accepts instructions in the Youth Court for a range of matters.

Family

Public Law 

Miss McLachlan accepts instructions to represent parents, children and Local Authorities in public law proceedings.

Private law 

Miss McLachlan also accepts instructions on behalf of parents in private law proceedings including applications for child arrangements orders, prohibited steps orders, non-molestation orders and occupation orders.

Civil

Miss McLachlan accepts instructions in all areas of civil litigation.
