Position

A broad practice covering the full range of commercial litigation and arbitration, with a focus on insolvency, civil fraud, company law, banking and financial services. Equally comfortable working as sole counsel or as part of a wider counsel team, Joseph is instructed in commercial disputes in the English courts and in arbitration and also offshore.
