Since that time she has taken on the Team Leader responsibilities for the Children Law side of the Practice Group, getting involved in the strategic operation and marketing of the team, to include the organisation, promotion and delivery of their seminars.

In addition to family work, Elaine deals with the Health & Welfare side of the Court of Protection team and is always happy to assist with signposting and allocation of work in that specialism
