Francesca is a barrister with a broad commercial and chancery practice.

Francesca accepts instructions across the spectrum of commercial and chancery work, including wills and trusts, commercial and insolvency, landlord and tenant and real property.

Her court work includes interim applications for relief from sanctions, setting aside of judgment and strike out/summary judgment, allocation and other procedural matters, final hearings and trials. She has provided advice including in real property, wills, landlord and tenant and insolvency matters.
